If Mark Ashley is the new owner of Riverside as rumoured, looks like one of his first moves , apart from moving in Evans and sports direct, is splitting up all those massive empty units into much smaller, potentially more affordable units.

Are you thinking of the the ones facing onto the river earmarked for casual dining? I didn't think there were many big units left in the shopping bit.

Yeah, they've all been made into much smaller units if you peep through the window. Although, I don't know why, wasn't that a criticism of the Guildhall, that the units were unsuitable for bigger shops, have we went full circle?

I saw they were doing pretty substantial work to one of them but I haven't walked past since.
