There policed by numberplate cameras how do they know if you shop there or not
They also scan your thought process as you exit your vehicle and if they encounter any guilt or cockiness brainwaves they put a spell on you
If you pay for your spell within 30 days your nose won't grown any longer
Multi-storeys tend to be pay on exit - but, who knows...Anyone know if the car park at the new shopping development in Stafford is going to have a pay and display car park or a part as you stay setup?

I'm wondering if the new multi storey will actually fall under the council or maybe the developer....Pay on exit is fairer, you pay for what you use. But councils love Pay & Display as there are two profitable lines, those who overpay (money for nothing) and those who underpay (fines).
Going by previous experience in Stafford the multi-storey is more likely to fall on top of the council.I'm wondering if the new multi storey will actually fall under the council or maybe the developer....
