You having those weird dreams again? Then suddenly there are nuns?
Then suddenly there are nuns?
Utterly, utterly ridiculous. We went to see it on New year's Day.... Enjoyed it but was only afterwards that certain things started to make me think...
- Leia flying through space....
Utterly, utterly ridiculous.
I'm unsure as to your last uncertainty - seems to me that the entire point of Luke's exertions in the last set-piece was exactly to enable Rey to escape unharmed. It was almost the only actual point of the whole film - Luke sacrificed himself (albeit remotely) so that the 'Rebellion' could climb aboard the Falcon and thus continue.
That the entirety of the remaining cadre of the 'Rebellion' can comfortably fit within the confines of the Millennium Falcon would seem to be a more pressing problem going forward..,.
noooooo....I meant that she was jettisoned out of the Falcon to end up killing snoke with Kylo, it was how she ended back on the Falcon after she parted with Kylo....did she just call Chewie up on 1-800-PORG and get picked up ?
Ah, right.noooooo....I meant that she was jettisoned out of the Falcon to end up killing snoke with Kylo, it was how she ended back on the Falcon after she parted with Kylo....did she just call Chewie up on 1-800-PORG and get picked up ?
Whilst i would agree with the sentiment, and in some respects the content, of this, bad story-telling is inexcusable regardless of the audience. You lot are thinking far too much about it. Star Wars is, and always has been, a kid's film. The fact that adults like it means nothing. Just enjoy it and don't think too deeply about it.
And I say this as someone who has seen every Star Wars film in the cinema on original release.
