You remind me that at South Ruislip in 1946 an aeroplane with ice on its wings crashed into a house but, thanks to the skill of the pilot, essentially landed neatly on the roof. Despite their being five people aboard and a toddler asleep in the top floor of the house no-one was even injured. The crew and passengers simply went down through the loft and came out the front door of the house.Even if you live in a bungalow, don't leave the landing light on at night.
Thank God the government insisted on maintaining the flow of raw sewage into the seas. Done us all a favour in these straightened times.
