For the JSA lot - job assignment - you are assigned a job based on your levels of skills and experience.
For the Disability allowance lot - you should have to prove you cannot work by means test, functional capacity test or whatever. Thats how they decide whether to pay for PI insurance claims.

I often wonder what the big plan is, the agenda, the final goal.
Why would a government aspire to destroy society, raise a generation of ferral neets, encourage people not to work, not to contribute, not to help each other. To encourage people to fail at school, to achieve nothing both by shit schooling and making exams easier so they can infiltrate the universities and bring those standards down too.
Why would they tax us so heavily only to throw it all at europe for very very little return. Why would a government want to breed a population of such comlete no hopers and at the same time allow ANYONE to come to this country at their leisure and live off the hardworking people in this country.
Why would a government increase its spending exponentially and yet degrade work, the working culture and the aspirations of everyone.
I'm really strugging to work out that they are tryin to achieve, I really am.

Dumb people wont realise they're being used and abused, they just need to breed out a generation of problem people and they'll have their 2 tier utopia.

Thats what I initially thought but they're not stupid and they must see that allowing the lower half of this heirarchy to procreate as it is now they will soon become the minority and there will be an uprising the likes of which have never been seen.
I suppose their defence is that people who can't equate two simple integers or spell won't be able to organise themselves sufficiently to launch an attack.
Glad I'm not going to be left in this lower half of dumbf**ks.
