Welcome to the forum MisterL!

I think you should definitely check out the Pie & Ale house, there is nothing else like it in Stafford. Highly recommended.

Went for something to eat on Wednesday night, I tried the turkey and stuffing and it was very nice, service was also excellent as usual. If anyone still hasn't given it a try I suggest they should, you won't be disappointed.

Hello friends. With the first snow having fallen, I think its time for mulled wine. Now available in house or to take away. Enjoy!

Wow...that's gone very quickly! I will be popping in for a pint on my way home from work.

Good work!

Good grief, it really doesn't seem like a year! Happy Birthday, Pie & Ale; it's been great to see you integrate so tightly with The Forum and make our regulars your regulars. :)

Blagged a bit of a freebie earlier, the gaff opens tomorrow, a nifty once over and i have to say it's looking pretty good. Indeed Pieminister are the suppliers so 10 out of 10 for a kick-off. 6 draught ales i saw Hobgoblin, a couple of Banks's, Marstons Empire amongst them. Also on the food side there is a selection of cooked hams and cooked meats gotta to be a 1st in Stafford. Upstairs is another bar area where you can also order food. Lots of nice big leather chesterfield sofas abound. I can see myself enjoying a Matador Pie and a pint sometime soon.........
What did i tell ya?.......
