You would need to be doing some speed to get water into the boat above.

Submarines seem to be the principal issue for the ones I use.Then let's hope none them ever gets bumped. You wouldn't need much of a hole with open spaces like that. And movable cargo would make the situation much worse.
Who could possibly have foreseen either of those things happening...Puddles in the potholes in the newly filled in potholes on Radford bank....they are going to end up as craters again at this rate in a few weeks time.

I can confirm that it was indeed me being confused that the address I had been given for an official rendezvous (Mellor House) did not match the signs on the building (which read "Trust Headquarters").
