Congratulations to the winners and commiserations to everyone else! Many thanks to everyone who turned out last night and filled the Telegraph Inn's lounge right up!

Thanks also to Martin Stanyer, Gee and Girovski for their musical support, and to Bev and Gerri for hosting the event in their pub, and also Fran at the Lamb Inn for her support.

Cheers!

I've just read the same article...comes across very well indeed. Can't believe they missed out your chrystal meth habit, but I guess that's just selective journalism. :teef:

Seriously though, good stuff. It's good to know that politics/politicians* isn't/aren't* quite as archaic and cobwebby as it can/they can* sometimes appear to the younger generation. Brrrrrap!

Give half your lottery win to the Stafford Shoes group? Can this be right? Does he really have a group? Is nepotism allowable under the Forum rules? Have you gone soft in the head?..

The Forum had been out of the press for far too long!

Glad to hear the article read well. I don't wish to be seen as a graduate of the Bill Cash School of Political Charm...

I was, of course, referring to this Stafford Shoes group!
