Having dealt with them once, on behalf of somebody else, I am on record as telling them that I wouldn't have their service if it was free.Would not touch them with a thousand foot long barge pole.
Their "customer service" is the worst that I've ever dealt with.their customer support is poor.

I just pretend to switch it off and on again when they ask me to do it.Whenever our broadband goes down, I try to explain that the problem is outside of our property and that I'm a computer technician and I've done everything obvious. Their first reply is always "can you switch the router off again while you are on the phone to me please?". Grrr.
