Thanks for the feedback everyone.
To be honest, the phone line won't be used but had it to make the package cheaper, I have free minutes on my mobile for the rare calls I make.

TV package is everything but movies and sport with 2 boxes for bedroom and living room so I can escape to another room when my girls are being a pain :).

Main concern is the speed of the internet connection, I've gone for the 152meg package as usually everyone in the house is mostly online either on YouTube, streaming or downloading so its got to be resilient.

... If anyone could go to www.speedtest.net and post the result if you are in the st16/17 areas it would be great thanks .

They were quite reliable about sending a friend of mine regular bills for a terminated contracts, for services to premises that other people were then paying for at the same time - for months on end.
Same exact thing happened to me back when they were ntl. I didnt find out for well over a year i was still paying for not just my non existent contract but for somebody elses. When i tried to get my money back it took around 4 months. the amount of times i was hung up on or purposley sent to the wrong department was shocking.

Thought NTL were great, they refunded my deposit three times. After I'd cancelled due to lack of connection.

Well they came yesterday , up and running in no time at all.
No issues , broadband speed is well over 152mb , more like 162 ... Just hope it remains that way.
Daughter is pleased as she can watch CI in her room ( as am I ;). )
I like the layout of the TiVo box , very easy to navigate.

Haven't bothered plugging a phone in, but it was tested to make sure it worked.

All in all I'm pleased so far, if it remains this way for the next month I think BT can kiss my @ss.

Using wifi.

This is the reason why my iMac is always plugged in via ethernet.

The plot thickens. Just changed to 300Mbps speed and I now get this on wifi.

Assume your running off 2.4ghz try running off 5ghz if you can
as it tends to give faster speeds
