Seriously - if Peaky Blinders has somehow passed you by as it had done me, get on it.

Absolute. Quality.

Lot's of the old ultra-violence if you're no Droog, if that's fair warning?

Have you finished it yet? I enjoyed it for a few seasons but it was diminishing returns after that, I felt.

(though the finale has a line about Tory benches that is the best thing said by anyone in the entire show)

For Christmas I got my folks and myself tickets to see Michael McIntyre live in Liverpool in April, they’re very excited.

He’s not my brand of comedy, tbh, but there are worst comedians to sit through in the name of love!
OMG! I love Michael McIntyre! Best nights telly last night!

(*Stupid side story, when the minime was about 5 we went on a tour of the blue John caves in Malvern... The guide looked & sounded a little like Michael McIntyre....cue next day at nursery & minime tells everyone that Michael mckintyre is her dad cos he chased me round the caves in Malvern!)

After being away for 2 weeks we’re now catching up on TV viewing.

We binge watched 6 episodes of The Traitors. Absolutely loving it and totally hooked.

ps @SketchyMagpie we’ve seen Michael McIntyre a few times, he’s excellent live, you’ll have a great time.

While we we on holiday we both read Harlan Cobens book “Fool me Once”, so now that we are home we couldn't wait to watch it so we’ve binged watched all 8 episodes of that on Netflix.

Pleased to say that they didn’t stay true to the book so it still kept us guessing.

Trigger Point, so much better than the last series.
We couldn’t wait a week for the next episode so we’ve downloaded the whole lot.
Oh, it’s good.

A few isn't a number. Diminishing returns after what? Two, four, six ,eight, what do we appreciate?

Yes.

Extraordinary throughout - though, tbf...

Tommy should have been diagnosed with lung cancer from his X-ray, and his actions should have been him 'closing his account' - with or without a gun to his head, he should have died on that hillside...
... other than that i literally can't see where you lost faith.

Just extraordinary.

If you jumped ship before this -

- then you missed a marriage made close to heaven.

Currently kind of watching a programme about Werewolves on Cannock Chase on Blaze channel whilst trying to participate in a Teams meeting at work 😂😂

The programme is called Elusive: Bigfoot in Britain.

So from the programme notes...
The Bigfoot creature is well known in North America, but reports of 8 foot tall unknown primates abound in the forests of the UK and are reported weekly
"reports of 8 foot tall unknown primates abound in the forests of the UK and are reported weekly"

I mean... i don't want to be the guy who questions that 8 foot tall unknown primates are actually "reported weekly "...

But... i'm really going to have to be that guy.

Do these reports really 'abound'? I can't say i'm particularly plagued by them.

I didn't say I believed what they were saying and found it mildly amusing that those making such statements actually believed in what they were claiming.

And who really knows what lives on Cannock Chase, eh? 😂

Why do we have to import American myths like bigfoot and black-eyed girls when we have enough myths of our own?
