I was being sarcastic, you should know I don't even drive out of Stafford!

I looked for the cottage they stayed in, but couldn't find it, the nearest on in the same place was £800 a night....so how much was the one that Mortimer & Whitehouse stayed in, if I can't even find it listed?!

I'd love stay in the cottage Kate Winslett had in The Holiday. Sadly it was a front, made especially for the film. Other similar looking ones are available, but I wanted that 1.

Over the last 2 nights, I've watched The Long Shadow. All about Peter Sutcliffe - The Yorkshire Ripper, what he did to those women and how the Police dealt with the case. I know it has to have a bit of dramatisation, but they cocked up. Big time.

We watched it too and couldn’t wait for the weekly episodes so downloaded the whole lot and binged watched it.

We remembered it from the time but watching it again from the point of view of the families and the way the police messed up big time was fascinating.

I thought that it was excellent TV.
