What's for dinner/tea?

Harrisa lamb shoulder, salt and pepper oven chips, cauliflower cheese. All pre prepped from Tesco but, hey, it's Friday, I'm on my fourth cider and can't be arsed to cook.

Technically I've had two dinners today...

We had pie and mash for lunch because I was STARVING!! The idea being we'd have a light lunch tea...

No. We had a pasta bake!

Don’t give it a second thought , enjoy your food while you’re young.

I used to absolutely love my food and could eat anything I wanted without worrying about it, and without putting on an ounce.

It’s only in the last 10 years or so that for me, the “being aware” started. The weight started creeping on and was harder to lose, husband had a health scare which made us both become more health conscious.
So now when I do eat crap, instead of just enjoying it I feel guilty and that’s no fun at all.

So to you and anyone else, just enjoy your food while you can.

Veg night.
Hot and cold salad with halloumi, courgette, spinach, tomato, asparagus, avocado, onion, garlic
This dish is our new favourite thing.

Only discovered it a few months ago and have it once a week now.
