Pizza from Papa John's, and a Apricot Danish from M & S that wasn't as nice as it looked.

We walked to Bradley for tea at The Red Lion. Lamb kofta burger followed by a cheeseboard for me.

Well, I had hoped to get a small serving of hotpot, but, to be honest, even as 'soup', it was a bit insipid.

So, it's a chicken curry instead...

It is yummy, we have it quite often, it’s absolutely gorgeous.

The mix of hot vegetables and cold spinach, tomatoes, avocado and onion is just lovely. So healthy and filling too.

We use pine nuts instead of pistachios.
A little more time than your bog standard salad but really worth the extra effort.
    Anyway, here’s the recipe.

Chicken, Leek & Bacon pie... I still don't know why I call it this, its chicken, leeks, bacon, onions, some herbs, covered in cheese sauce, then topped with sliced potato & butter & baked in the oven. Scummy.

I've just googled LMP, and it's Last Menstruated Period, which I'm pretty sure doesn't have anything to do with your tea.

So, what did you have with your beans?
