Tonight was homemade lasagna with chips and peas!!

We've had an epic home DIY weekend so I've treated the husband to all his stodgy cheese laden faves!

Friday evening it was Fish & Chips from the Windmill and I have to say it was the best I have had in Stafford to date, fresh & hot !

Minine treated us with her first paycheck to a pizza takeaway

Husband picked up some orange and chocolate ice cream star things from Asda - very very nice!

Pork loin chop, roast potatoes, broccoli, stuffing, yorkies, sage and onion gravy. Brie and crackers.

Very beany chilli with rice and nachos - homemade guacamole on the side and grated cheese on the top!

I was craving comfort food!

Chicken thigh fillets in Peking sauce with water chestnuts and spring onions. With boiled rice. Have some brie to use up for 'afters' with crackers weird combo but sure I'll cope.

I'm in Wales and saw them in the butcher. They were nice but wouldn't have known it was seaweed if they had been served to me...

I have a couple of bottles of rum in the cabinet that contain seaweed. Lovely stuff.

Due to an issue with nobody being able to muster any arsedness, we shall be walking over to the Chet for tea in a minute, when p jr has finished his homework. Hardly gourmet but a damn site better than walking in the other direction to the Barley Mow.
