Processed peas.Cottage pie this evening - a way to get an 8 year old to eat verges as they are cut up small and hidden in the meat. And of course the mash will be topped with cheese and grilled.
But what to serve with it … (processed) peas, baked beans, corn on the cob?
No chance of that, he will pick out the carrots and onions in the meat mixture.Processed peas.
But don't give the child a verge to eat, it's Christmas, they deserve some proper food!
Grate the veg into things like cottage pie, it all but dissolves and they have no idea they're eating veg.No chance of that, he will pick out the carrots and onions in the meat mixture.
Chopped the veg so small and told him he has to eat a few.Grate the veg into things like cottage pie, it all but dissolves and they have no idea they're eating veg.
Nice. Puts my Weeping X chippy tea to shame.Breaded Basa, Greek potatoes, green beans & sweetcorn
Apologies to anyone I get within breathing space over the next week. What should have been a teaspoon of garlic puree, ended up being half a jar. No vampire snogging for me tonight! It will be oozing out of every pore of myself and youngest twatticus. I daren't think of how it will affect his farts! This evening we shall be eating spaghetti bolognese, the sauce will have a more than generous helping of garlic, as per. I had promised the little shite in the back bedroom home made burgers, but I saw an advert on the telly yesterday where a child was stuffing its face with spag bol. He is fine with the food on offer, so long as he gets the burgers tomorrow.
Yeah, but you didn't have to cook yours!Nice. Puts my Weeping X chippy tea to shame.
Spag bol (with some fava beans) and a nice Chianti.
