The carer just ate 3 toffee yum yums, back to back.

I did not want toffee yum yums.

I wanted Stilton, crackers and olives.

The carer is now too full to provide me with Stilton, olives & crackers.

I'm to lazy to get up and get myself Stilton, crackers and olives.

Lifes, a bitch, I'll pour another gin.

Enjoying a drop of red.
Spurred on by @Lucy's post a while back we went to La Casa Italian tonight. Very nice it was too, although the service could have been a tad quicker. The nosh was top notch though, for the price, so a prompt return is assured. Decent wines too.

A friend I was out with last night (Navarna, they've done that up well) had been to Vivere at the weekend and said it was good, I'd been disappointed last time I went.

Chilli pie!

A delicious invention I created a few years ago - my family think it's hilarious and joke I'm trying to poison the husband!

So I made if for my Mother to prove I'm not the terrible cook she thinks I am.

She loved it!

(Tomorrow we return to a potato based diet..)

Tonight the Carer made chicken & veg quesadilla's, although baked in the oven rather than fried.... I had mine with Thai chilli sauce and firey carribean sauce.... Its seriously hot sauce though, supplied by the middle child in our Christmas hamper.
