What's in that then? Always interested in pasta.
It's not that exciting really, *2 x chopped onion, 1 or 2 chopped peppers, 2 x chopped courgettes, chopped bacon/ham or sausage, lemon juice, oregano, lots of chilli powder & hot paprika, & 2 x tins of tomatoes, mix with cooked pasta served with garlic bread. A bit like Arrabbiata sauce, but with no garlic.

*if there's, any other left over veg I usually throw that in to.

Hot dogs in brioche rolls, millions of fried onions, 'ifits' (whatever left over potato products are in the freezer that aren't enough of to make a meal seperatly, chips/hashbrowns/wedges), onion rings and some pink pickled slaw

Well last night's curry was ruined by the carer after I ended up with a double shift at work.... So it was a very late Chinese takeaway for us.

Tonight... Winner, winner, lamb dinner! The carer has the day off, so, slow cooked lamb in red wine, roasties, cauli cheese and roasted carrots...

As its now the law, I get a bowl of red wine gravy with scrummy bread to try as my starter..... Just to make sure the gravys OK..... 😁😁😁

Simnal cake for pud, a bit early, but why not. I always thought it was a Jewish cake, but it seems I'm wrong? Anyone know?
