Well I was supposed to cook something tonight, but I'm not well, so the carer made an emergency meal of basa, chips & peas. Lovely.

Still poorly so the carer is cooking random oven food from Aldi, macaroni cheese for him, chicken & potato bravas, with roast cauliflower for minime & I. Garlic bread to share.

We had roast chicken, roast spuds, yorkies and gravy I also had a tin of processed peas. Every bit eaten and the only complaint was that I hadn't done enough. Told him get off his backside and do it himsen next time.
Tomorrow will be jacket spuds, cheese and (for me) baked beans.

We had a Weston road chippy tea tonight. He fancied kebab meat, who am I to say no? So it was Doner meat and garlic mayo in a wrap for him, mixed meat, lettuce, cucumber and mint yoghurt in a wrap for me. The spuds stayed in the freezer.
The spuds were a bit of a bargain, £4.75 for 8 frozen ones from Sainsburys. I can take one to work for my dinner, getting sick of pot rice/ noodles and jam buttys.
I have no imagination when it comes to food.
