We should have had chicken in white wine sauce, mashed potatoes , roasted carrots and tenderstem....but middleme turned up unexpectedy, and the carrots are burnt to a crisp....I've hastily shoved some frozen cauliflower cheese in the oven.....so fingers crossed here will be something edible left to serve ...

Jacket spuds with cheese and beans for me, a large bowl of spiral pasta and half a bag of cheese for the resident sloth. Reckons it's his favouritist meal, after his Mummys roast dinner.
This ^^ again. Despite having 1½ freezers full of food, this is my No2 go to for comfort food, No1 being the obligatory beans on toast.

Chicken cesar salad tonight, but with cajun chicken & lots of other bits that dont belong on cesar salad.......hopefully I won't burn the chicken

Roast chicken, roast potatoes, roast carrots, cauliflower cheese, disgusting Brussel sprouts that the carer insisted on, homemade sausage meat stuffing, pigs in blankets, yorkshire pudding & gravy.

Dog only knows when it'll be ready....some idiot turned the oven down....

Last nights dinner/tea for me (when I finally surfaced after a rather too good night out ) was a can of Aldi Cream of chicken soup and a slice of bread torn up in it ! 😂

Tikka Massalla & rice tonight. Thought I'd better make a bit of an effort...

Lasagne, garlic bread & salad for myself & minime...the carer has decided that there's not enough lasagne for him, so he's dug a macaroni cheese out of the depths of the freezer...so macaroni, garlic bread and salad for him.

Beef meatballs in Moroccan sauce with veggie cous cous for the carer & I, minime requested pesto pasta & cesar salad, but she's asleep, so I'll let her rest......

* sauce was horrible, were not having that again. Covid filled minime can't face food, says she feels terribly sick.

We had EoO, just because I could. Not happy though. Sat there waiting and I had a quick noz round. Place is filthy, there's paint bubbling on the outside walls, probably mould/damp. Floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in yonks.

Tonight Matthew we shall be stuffing our faces with a Bernard Matthews Turkey Roast,(from Farm Foods), along with some Aunty Bessies ready roasties, Mr Sainsburys yorkie puds and some of his vegetarian gravy, (way cheaper than the Bisto stuff and is just as nice). I shall also be having a few carrots and Mr Sainsburys mash potatoes. That is unless the great unwashed yob in the back bedroom goes the pub - again.
Then i'll be having jam on toast for me tea - again.

Scratch this ^^
We've just been the Bell End for a large mixed grill each. I'd just woken up and really couldn't be arsed to cook.
It wasn't too bad, had better. You can tell the staff can't be arsed either, the floor hasn't been mopped in ages, and there was loads of dust on the picture frames of the Queen Mum.
