Remind me how they taste @tek-monkey , I had Ostrich (stole some off the husbands plate) in a restaurant in Newcastle-under-Lyme quite a few years ago, but I just remember it being bland...Grab some ostrich steaks from iceland! 94 calories per 100, over 20% protein though if that's an issue?

22lb in just one month? That's fantastic @Bob!I'm on a big weight loss kick at the moment, I've tried lowering my carb intake, In Jan I lost 22lbs by being good and stopping eating bread completely, though I've slipped a little and only managed 3lbs in the last 11 days.
