11lbs in 3 days?! That's amazing @Alee - I'll count myself lucky if I loose 2lb in a week! Keep up the good work!

Managed to have a whole 11 calories left yesterday out of my 1200 (or 193 if you believe MyFitnessPal) not bad considering I sneaked 2 glasses of wine in....

*edit...
Haha! I forgot to mention....did an hour of Wii exercise - Zumba & then Just Dance, take that noisey neighbours!
Boxing today :)

Aww @Alee :( Maybe 10 days cleansing is just too much? What about trying small healthy meals for a while & then cleanse for only 2 days a week?

Maybe there wasn't enough maple syrup in it (I'm thinking its the glucose that's supposed to keep you going while fasting/cleansing?).

I've apparently got about 400 calories left for today, not quite sure how I've managed that one....

Grab some ostrich steaks from iceland! 94 calories per 100, over 20% protein though if that's an issue?

Remind me how they taste @tek-monkey , I had Ostrich (stole some off the husbands plate) in a restaurant in Newcastle-under-Lyme quite a few years ago, but I just remember it being bland...

Ahhh that makes sense then!

I wasted the leftover calories on a bag of salt & vinegar crisps & a hot chocolate :(

I'm on a big weight loss kick at the moment, I've tried lowering my carb intake, In Jan I lost 22lbs by being good and stopping eating bread completely, though I've slipped a little and only managed 3lbs in the last 11 days.

I've decided to allow myself the next few days of 'normal' eating then get back to it on Monday. My cousin is getting married in just over month and I don't want to see awful pictures of me posted on Facebook, aiming for another 14lbs in the next 5 weeks.

One thing I did find that is great is one of the ready meals from Tesco.

It's a really tasty, virtually carb free 300 calorie tea, and quite filling as well.

22lb in just one month? That's fantastic @Bob!

I'm just hoping I can keep this up, I'm diabetic so already don't eat cake/chocolate/sweets/sugar - so trying to cut the carbs out & lessen the calories for the day is the only way I can see for me to go, but it just takes sooo long, like @Alee I want to see results now!

*sigh I'll weigh myself on Monday & put any loss/gain on here - hahaaa shaming myself into sticking to it...

I've lost 1.5 stone since October by simply giving myself a slap and telling myself I can do it. Simply by calorie watching (I'd reduced down to 1200 a day) cutting out any treats or nibbles during the day and becoming more active. I probably could do with another half stone, but since January I've struggled to find the motivation and have slipped a little. I haven't fully gone back to my old eating ways, but if the biscuits or doughnuts are offered out at work I don't say no anymore! haha and I'm less of a calorie freak.

I will find motivation again........ honest.
