Internet - he reckons that he was only getting 20ish mbmp doodahhs - but the test showed 56 of em. But when I mentioned the whole lot continually loosing connection all the time he decided to renew all the wiring (its been there longer than me & I've been here nearly 20years!) & move the whole lot to a better place. What he didn't know was that when the tree surgeons took down the massive tree on the corner they also brought down the BT cables & then decided to fix them themselves - can't of helped!
Anyhow, we now have all new line & a new connection with 60doodahhs. That BT bloke could of talked the back legs off a donkey, if he had spent less time gassing he would of finished in half the time.

Still really annoyed with middle son for making me miss my appointment, but super excited to be going to eldest sons tomorrow for Mothers Day Sunday dinner (yes I know its Saturday tomorrow).
Hoping that middle son will realise all the inconvenience he's put me through today & do something to make up for it on Mothers day.... I keep saying things to him about Mothers Day in a very loud voice (I'm going to your brothers for Mothers Day Sunday dinner), but I don't think he's getting the hint!

Just got a phone call from son, and thought it strange he was ringing me during their flat party.. all I could hear was much merriment on the other end. When it finally cut off , sent him a text to see if he was trying to get me........... phone had been in his pocket and dialled me by itself . Could have got quite interesting if he hadn't noticed

My Dad once sent me 200 blank text messages - he was in a meeting, had his phone in his pocket (unlocked) and it kept repeatedly opening the text message folder, opening a new message, selecting the person at the top of the contacts list (me!) and pressing send...

Rich tea here too, followed by dry toast and flat full fat come, then chip buttys and away you goFinally on the up after a nasty stomach bug. No details required!!! but now that I'm feeling brave enough to eat I was wondering what people eat when they first start back on food after 3 days without?? In our family it's always been Rich Tea biscuits and hot squash. I know not why!! If that stays down, a few hours later one is allowed to progress to tinned Heinz Tomato Soup and dry bread. If all goes well with that then you are good to go with normal food. Anyone else's family have weird post illness foods??

Walking through town early this morning we spotted what looked like the cyclist who shouted something at us down the Cannock Road a few weeks ago. This morning he was cycling up and down past us several times in town. Then as he saw the people in front of us looking in the river , he shouted to them "OMG , An indian man threw £ 3000 in that river the other day" and then off he cycled off .....

I have a close mate who's girlfriend of 3 years found out he was being unfaithful when he inadvertantly rang her in similar circumstances to the ones you mention and his now ex heard him telling some girl he wanted to 'take her up the arse'..............

Being unfaithful must be difficult nowadays, if someone knows you well enough to have your google password they can track where you are and make your phone ring them! We did it when my OH lost her phone.I have a close mate who's girlfriend of 3 years found out he was being unfaithful when he inadvertantly rang her in similar circumstances to the ones you mention and his now ex heard him telling some girl he wanted to 'take her up the arse'..............
