I'd be very boring and pay of the mortgage!

Plus I'd like to take my mum on holiday!

She wants to go to the Hebrides (Scotland) it is surprisingly ridiculously expensive!

I have 35 years on my mortgage so it wouldn’t really provide much benefit there.

Probably put it on the kitchen and bathroom renovations. Throw any change into the bank account if there is any.

And also worry about whether the tax man is going to start asking questions about sneaking money out of my business.

Surely it'd do wonders for your mortgage? 10k now is probably 3 years off the end!
I like the idea of some security in a savings account but also the idea of paying a small lump sum off the mortgage.

Good shout though and it makes perfik sense.
