let me know when your coming and i'll make some for you
Crikey, customer service doesn't get much better than that; making an off-menu accompaniment for a single person upon request!

Really glad to see you getting so stuck-in with The Forum, stormtrooperchef. The word-of-mouth I keep hearing about Chambers keeps getting better and better, so here's to your continued success. :)

Went to Chambers for Sunday lunch today and must say the Carvery was top rate! Had a quick chat with Matt and he was really helpful getting us some veggie gravy for our friends. Roast potaotes were in short supply and obviously popular but we were happy when he made sure new ones arrived quickly so we could stock up. They were well worth the very short wait! Beef and Pork were also excellent.

For anyone wondering if they should give it a go, just head down. Looked after us well and you won't be disapointed. :)

My friend and I popped in for the cavery lunch last Saturday, we both had the beef and we were very impressed too - loved the cauliflower cheese.

Ate once again in here yesterday and once again it was excellent. Me and 2 friends went for breakfast and i ordered the farmhouse. It was massive and all the ingredients were tip top. Big proper porky sausages, Thick bits of toast, Lovely mushroom and some grand black pudding to boot. The others enjoyed theirs too. Then proceeded to spend the afternoon sat at the bar drinking the excellent ales and talking to the very friendly bar staff. Had a great day. Cheers Chambers.

I've heard tales of these beautiful fairy-like creatures that frequent said watering holes. I believe they become more beautiful as the night wears on, tempting the unsuspecting with there giggling and flirting wiles. But beware as I've heard that by sunrise some of them turn back into trolls!

Its true, I have, err, witnessed it.... :strange:
I've only heard tales. Of course I, being a married man, am immune to such charms.

These beautiful temptresses must know they cannot turn my head and thus do not even attempt to lure me into a night of drunken debauchery!

So sad really! :(

Anyway, to get back on topic... We had a meal in Chambers on Sunday. Once again, thoroughly enjoyable.

No. Blonde hair, blue eyes and a filthy temper,(can't think which side of the family she gets it from). It's a myth that redheads/ginger people have tempers.
