In Sainsburys we don't have to wear masks if we are behind screens, although most choose to. Staff with hidden disability also don't have to wear masks, but they do have to wear a visor.Mine's now changed to that map since this afternoon , when it is now showing 1143 estimated cases for Stafford (Gone up again since this morning when it was showing 1135 , and the older version of screen).
Keep hoping the numbers are going to drop each time I look, but going in the wrong direction!
On another note...
I thought the rules now that all shop staff have to wear face masks ???? Each time I've been into Aldi on Lichfield Rd these past few weeks , none of the staff on the tills have been wearing masks at all. Saw some stacking the shelves wearing them today, but not the till staff again. ( I know they might say they are behind screens, but last week as I was paying the lad at the next till turned around talking to my cashier through the big gap in the screens behind him, and right across where I was )
It's very difficult to not be in close contact with work colleagues, as we can work in confined spaces, and have to share equipment etc. We often see our work colleagues for longer in the day than our own family's and we've come to think of it was a 'work bubble'. I'm not saying this is right, but we don't have much choice but to get on with our jobs.
