Unit 10 is the same address as Atlas, with the addition of "Beckett Rawcliffe" at the start obviously to help filter mail whilst pretending not to run multiple businesses from the one address. Different company number though which makes a change.

When we googled at first nobody knew anything about them, thats why I started this thread. What are your circumstances, worth complaining to the ombudsman?

Well they have cut off my phone line and internet hope my BT goes through this week

It was to late to phone ombudsman when i found out will be phoning them this morning don't think they will do anything though until they have there final outcome. Not sure if i will get my number back but BT is supposed to go through on thursday (3rd time lucky) so hopefully. Informed GTEQ what has happened waiting on a reply not sure if they are in on all of this though. Luckily managing to get internet through BT wireless at £39 for 30 days at the moment so still cheaper than Atlas.

ombudsman said nothing they could do but the case is in progress but they said to not get involved with them and to leave it to the ombudsman

They called my OH today and tried to threaten her again, refused to give name but it was the tosser that called himself John last time. Threatened to cut her off, she pointed out she was no longer with them. Then he said she now owed them 800 quid cancellation fee for leaving as she didn't cancel in writing, apparently that term was in the welcome pack that never arrived. They say it still counts as she can't prove they never sent it, she said he was full of shit and he hung up.

Seriously, what a dodgy bunch of bastards. I'm keeping my eye on the jobcentre website, if another position comes up I've got some holiday to take. Could have some right fun working there!

Atlas Business Services received my solicitor's letter yesterday - today they've called demanding payment or I'll be cut-off tonight! (Same bloke as before - tries to bully, which is obviously his job - probably still lives with his mum). When I said to refer to my solicitor's letter, his response was that Atlas Business Services don't deal with solicitor's, not bothered by them, only deal with account holders. We argued again about Atlas Business Services additional monthly add-ons to the bills, and he again threatened cut-off tonight before putting the phone down. No mention of the bailiffs this time! I've also had to again cancel a Direct Debit attempt from GTEC Solutions. Both companies are like a rash.

My OH half had that, 'We don't deal with the ombudsman we deal with you'. As I said, bunch of scutter twats. You can download basic voice recorders for free from android or apple stores, have one ready on your phone and every time they identify themselves say you are about to start recording the conversation and say nothing until it is running. If they have asked a question insist they repeat it, afterwards record the date and time of this call as you will require their copy for your records. Report it to the ombudsman, keep copies of every communication. Store everything in the cloud, if you have no cloud storage I suggest a message to @wmrcomputers
