Talktalk have started another transfer, they said they've done something their end now to stop it but we're not convinced. Just recording everything that happens now for the ombudsman, there are quite a few phone apps that let you record everything said but once you inform them you are recording a call they tend to hang up quickly!

Interestingly my OH had a call from GTEQ today trying to sell her a phone line, instead she told them what she thought of them for doing business with Atlas! They have said they will not allow Atlas to block her transfer again, we shall see.

Let me know how that goes have not heard if they are trying to block my bt transfer yet nor have I had a reply to my registered letter.

I doubt you'll get a reply, they will most likely ignore it but at least you can prove they got it. They don't seem to like providing anything on paper, still never received a contract. In fact the only thing received is a bill for a different amount to the one they say the contract is for.

Bunch of scam artists.

Well just got an email from BT saying Atlas has canceled my new contrat so have to wait another 10 days now seems are stories are very very similar

New router from talktalk again today (never saw one from atlas but then the sales guy is a lying bastard!), will see if this one goes through.

Have informed ombudsman they have added to file and said to email them to stop contacting bt and to phone back on Wednesday as the eight weeks are up then. Ps have you paid atlas anything

Not a penny, never will. Regardless of anything else we cancelled within the cooling off period, even though they have 2 different ones it was done within both. No matter what else was said, no matter who they say said what (whilst refusing to supply recordings naturally!) the cancellation was made and the call date/time was logged as it was made from a mobile. They are legally in the wrong so cannot pursue through the courts, their only option is to be spiteful bastards and try to get her number scrapped and ruin all her advertising etc.

Should that happen I shall be taking a trip up north with a few choice mates and Mr Plum shall meet his end in the dining room with a candlestick!

Or get sean the UK's hardest debt collecter to go pay them a visit and collect any money you paid them plus compensation. It would be well worth the money
