I ate (by accident) a whole tablespoon of it last year - it made me cough for about 2 days!My partner has problems with cinnamon, she has hallucinatory dreams at night if she has eaten anything with cinnamon in it. She is desperately tryin to remember the dreams as she thinks they would make great story lines for books. Interesting because cinnamon certainly contains mind altering substances it normally takes much higher doses to have an effect.
It works ok as an illegal pain management tool.As someone who has experienced almost constant discomfort for some years and faces a future of the same or worse then I would welcome cannabis as legal pain management.
