Agreed...one of the fundamental reasons for starting/joining a forum is to express opinion and debate stuff, and we all know that people will have different opinions. If everyone thought the same then life would be pretty boring. I think Stafford's ace for several reasons, but mainly cos many of my mates are here, i've lived in MUCH worse places (Walthamstow, Leytonstone), and the fact that we can make things better using the power of the forum. I'm not sure i'd have aproached the subject quite as brashly as Tapok...if i'd have gone onto the Walthamstow Forum (if there is one) and told them just how sh1t i honestly thought the place was then i'd fully expect the same reaction as has happened here. My overall take is this: a place is as good as you make it, and we're trying to make it as good as we can. Having issues with the place you live is one thing, but are you willing to try and change things for the better??

i agree with this completely, the forum is a forum. i suppose those ranting at Tapok could argue that they're simply expressing their opinions towards Tapok in the same way that Tapok voices his views on Stafford. I think Tapok comes across as an intelligent and conscientious person and should be shown some respect.
