Interestingly we have only had one campaign leaflet so far and thats from Kate Godfrey.

I say "we", actually I nor any other ladies that I have spoken to in our cul de sac have had one, she has only sent one to the men.

Does she not want any female votes then?
Or does she think us little women at home dont understand how it works?

Bit patronising I thought.

I got one from Godfrey today, addressed specifically to me. No idea where they got my details, I've never registered for any party.
It's clearly not sexist.

I received one today, partner and her son did not although we are all registered to vote. Sexism and ageism?

I got a (Labour) leaflet posted through, from the Littleworth Ward lot.

Also, the main Kate Godfrey leaflet.

I can't see how you can entertain the idea she's sexiest.

I got a leaflet from Kate Godfrey, addressed specifically to me, not my husband. We are both on the electoral register.

So maybe I got the leaflet because the first letter of my first name is higher up the alphabet than his, and they are choosing the first person at each address in alphabetical order.

Or maybe it's because the Labour Party and other political parties have my details. In the past I have got involved with various campaigns and have been asked to send letters and emails to politicians of all parties regardless of whether they are actually in power or whether you support them. When you do that, they start sending you emails calling you a "supporter" and asking for donations. So it might be something to do with that.

Just in case anyone got distracted...

For the 2014 year as a whole, the deficit totalled £98,000,000,000 the biggest deficit since records began in 1948.

Or how the present Government has managed the economy and all those cuts to our services and councils

I'll vote for you; if you vote for me.

That way, we don't have to stand at all!

.

Yes, I think that is what they are doing. Makes sense really rather than send one to everyone.
