You mean, put in an area with a raised bed, pop a few plants in it so we have some flowers in the summer, instead of boring flag stones?On the other hand , maybe they're just letting the whole area go to hell, while they draw up plans to give the whole square a facelift.
No point replacing the lights twice , if they're going to do up the whole area.... Life in hope :p
