If the supernatural exists then it's not supernatural. We didn't know about electromagnetism and now it's everywhere. The difference is that we weren't looking for electromagnetism before because we didn't know we wanted it to exist. We've been looking for ghosts/spirits/telekinesis/mind-reading, etc. for millennia and still we can't find it. Maybe we're looking in the wrong place.
