There's a gym at Yarnfield that Mrs Trumpet frequents and there often seems to be a lot of women dressed in leotards leaping around to music in the hall at Bishop Lonsdale primary when we walk past of an evening en route to the pub.

Ha ha ha thanks! They'll be no leotards on my watch

Could your ask the Mrs Trumpet if she knows how many personal trainers are there or how many females?

If not I can call them up

Thanks

My ex worked with the bloke from that house. He was at work when the crash happened. Still took months off claiming injuries.

When I worked at Stafford Fire Station it always featured in any training, or media inspired chats about railway incidents. Had been a number of fire fighters who had been 'on' the incident. There were also a number of old lags who had been on the Colwich incident http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colwich_rail_crash and that one also featured fairly highly! :urgh:
Although my memory has pretty much returned, I probably didn't attend any notable shout's, as I have no wicki link for anything I attending!

Morning guys

Are there any sort of units about I could buy once I move and turn it into a mini gym big enough to put a class on etc

I find a lot of people feel uncomfortable going to a gym. I also want to put on specialist classes for both sexes separately for those a little larger or even in the severe obese category that want to get help. It doesn't have to be major big, just enough room.

I want to help those who matter most really.

Thanks

I wont be putting a lot of cardio equipment in there, many battle ropes, kettlebells, a smith machine, bosu, barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands with enough space to run a little not much. Maybe a treadmill and some tyres etc

Staffordshire technology park has a lot of empty offices/spaces in modern buildings (air con might be useful, especially for the "severe obese" category. Some haven't been let since they were built (I am led to believe) so the owners may well be willing to negotiate.
