Ha ha thanks guys I was just browsing on the right move.
Appreciate your opinions!
Thank you
Keep asking Though to be fair I agree with Kyoto49 & think you will struggle to find anything thats not on a council estate for 120/130.
I've had a very quick look at Rightmove and I find a couple of properties for 120 / 130k that caught my eye. The properties are not on a Council Estate, however I don't know much about these areas.
* A number of properties on Western Downs;
* Dickinson Road, Beaconside; and
* Sherwood Court, Stone Road.
Hope that helps.

This would be handy for the gym at Yarnfield.
So maybe more the outskirts?
Thanks. I may even try and be employed by a gym as I'll be starting from scratch with new clients etc.

Trumpets, cornets, trombones...there's a bit of brass about in Eccy too!

James Du Pavey has a couple of reasonably priced semi rural properties on his books at the moment.
Currently living in Eccleshall and lovin' it, everything you need to get by but still retains its 'villagey' feel. Good community.
From the perspective of marketing yourself as a personal trainer there's a bit of brass about in Eccy too!
