Now, hear me out before anyone bites my head off please.

Is there such a thing available as a car seat backrest that you can adjust electronically yet also has a manual winder bit incase the electrics fail?

In my experience, a manual adjustment would be adequate, as you tend to find the 'best setting' and leave it there.

Unless it's used by more than one person with different preferences.

It's just for me. Being completely lazy, I'd like be able lie the seat back quickly so I can have a kip in the car. But I'd also like a manual knob, so the seat can be moved back to the normal position if the electrics fail. There's many a morning I finish my shift and could just do with an hour in the car before I walk home.

Had a call from the contractors liaison lady yesterday. Apparently those holes are normal and either happen or don't. She'll come look at them when they have finished and arrange for a decorator to come fix them. OK, but a bit of a heads up would have been nice.

I really miss Bob too. Coming so soon after losing Dad they've gotten tangled together in my feelings. I keep getting ambushed by it all.

Went into town pharmacy to collect meds and ended up being harpoon with flu jab .

Pharmacist was touting for customers to have it. Told him I'd got my flu & covid booked in GP surgery already for Saturday.

He then says " The surgeries are asking us to do it to relieve their pressure. Advisable to have covid jab on Saturday and this flu one now ....

I go to surgery after and told them I'd been ambushed & had the flu one as pharmacist said they'd asked him to do it if possible...

" He's very naughty, he gets paid for doing it instead of us and we haven't asked pharmacies to do it at all!"

Oh well, at least just one jab left now to go now :D

Batshit parking 😂😂
I could have got away with trying to get into it , as got my initials on it. ( must have trusted my reversing skills with parking close )

Kitsons in Worcester .

I'm really missing Ash in Wildwood Pharmacy in Stafford. Used to be so efficient.

Might be quicker and easier to drive up to Stafford each month!

I've tried several around here , including local Tesco pharmacy, for our monthly meds, and they're all bloody useless! ( Kitsons even gave me hubbys heart meds out of date by 15 months past expiry date  )

Changing to yet another one for next months supplies ...

Just got round to unpacking todays bags of medications .....another trip to town tomorrow with another expired box! 😩😭 (Been standing in the shop checking them since having to make the last return journey . But was that fed up with "come back in 20 minutes" , then "come back in another hour" today that when I was actually given them I just wanted to get home so didn't bother checking whilst there! The GP sent the order over on Monday, and printed labels have tuesdays date on , so don't know why it's took them so long to hand over today! )

The next pharmacy I was going to change to also has some diabolical reviews, so changing back to Tesco near us now. At least I can make that part of my walk to get them and keep everything crossed that they've improved

If they're giving out out of date meds you really should report them.

Just hoping when I go the 3 miles into town to get them tomorrow, for their flippant " Sorry about that, can you bring them back & we'll change them" over the phone that they've actually got some more in !

Bit fed up with needles at the moment. Last week surgery wanted a blood sample as part of annual check-up. Took 2 nurses 9 attempts over 2 days to get the sample. Yesterday I had a test booked at the Vampires Nest at County Hospital for something else, phlebotomist had problems finding somewhere the surgery nurses hadn't tried but then got it in one. Still a few bruises in places. Next weekend flu & covid jabs. On top of that the surgery have now decided they want to put me on a course of injections.

Ffs....walked 3 miles into town to get replacement tablets . All rest of stock is out of date. "We'll have to order some" . Asked if I could have that part of prescription back to go elsewhere , but no its already diispensed so ceckon an't do that.
Got to go back informing after covid jab at doctors, so missing my zumba class by the time I've queued up yet again for them.

Bad start to the day, but at least had my first walk into town 3 miles down a steep hill.

Trying to resist jumping on a bus with my free pass to get back , and power the 3iles back uphill instead .

Out if date prescription meds should not have been issued, they are required to carry out date checks to ensure that, and any drugs you are issued will not go out of date whilst you are using them.
I hope you have made a complaint ideally to the area manager, this is taken very seriously and can have very serious consequences.

Well , yesterdays prescription pickup has cost me a new handbag whilst looking round waiting....today's has cost me a new pair of boots . Hubby can't complain, it's his tablets I'm running round for whilst he's working 😂
