Basil do not knock it I work full time plus run my own company and also have to fit in time for a wife and 2 kids i say to people i will try to do such and such but if i dont give a eta its not going to happen soon but i really do feel better if i am kept busy but then fall over if things get too much we as humans need to feel the balance wish i could say i could ani doits guide but not sure on what for as even though i am border line diabetic i still dont know much about it yet my best man has it and it run through my family guess i have just thought oh well to it
