Believe it or not I generally stay sober to play (Thursday nights are a known exception....), and this was the case yesterday. No beer for me

I'm in a band that gigs across the Midlands... there's not all that much of Stafford to be 'all over' to be honest!
I had call to visit Runcorn on a few occasions during the three years I lived in Liverpool...
Stafford is also nicer than Liverpool.

Time was, flaming there would have been.
ToriRat and shoes were particularly dependable on that front - the disappearance of the one, and the miserly input of the other, seem to have removed some of the sting.
Personally i'm ok with the taming of the flaming - though i particularly enjoyed the marquee/gazebo geezer - live and let and all that.

Hi, I left Stafford some 35 years ago after leaving school and joining the Army, I have lived in many countries since but have spent many years in Scotland with my family, we have been back a few times as most of my family still live there, so much has changed in the past 35 years thats for sure..... We are planning to return to Stafford by July of next year....... Happy days......
