After periods of intermittent lurking over the years I have finally taken the plunge. I decided it was time to join in and try and pay something back given the number of recommendations and useful information I've nabbed from this forum over the years. Please be kind!!

You are most welcome, @Queenie13. It is sometimes easy to wonder if Stafford Forum has descended into naught but silly pictures, cryptic in-jokes, and local drama - it's lovely to hear that we do still provide some kind of useful service to the people of Stafford (and beyond)!

Hello Stafford Forum! We came across you via Google and Twitter. I'm about to do shameless plugging in a second but before that we are based on the Dunston Business Village but none of us are from Stafford so any gems of where to get a good sandwich (or even sushi) from would be appreciated 
Shameless plugging alert - you might have noticed some work going on at the former Litten Tree in town? Well Revolution Bars (the vodka people for want of a better description) are setting up shop there AND are launching next week. There are VIP launch night tickets available if anyone wants to message me for more info AND there will be some food-based offers coming soon (I can confirm it will actually be a lovely place to plug in the laptop and work during the day AND get some good grub!)

Well, I wouldn't get too excited. We only really use Twitter to disseminate information when The Forum is down, and other such emergency broadcasts. I really should make an effort to use it more proactively.why thank you
