Next on the wanted list is a 50mm prime lens, would love a f1.4 but it will most likely be the newly jiannounced f1.8 G series.

Id have gone for the f1.2 mesenn...

More money than my budget will allow I imagine.

I took a whole load of slow exposures in the rain this afternoon from the bridge where Doxey road crosses the M6. This is what I came up with...

A couple of squad cars did go past (I assume on their way to/from the weighbridge) but I don't think blurry pictures of cars are considered a terror threat as long as they are taken by someone of European origin...

Whilst that's undeniably true, it says 'White British' on my passport. This does mercifully mean that I'm spared the endless attention of security guards and policemen that a keen photographer friend of mine from the Indian subcontinent enjoys around Stafford.
