2 of my girls will be well miffed if the world does end just before their birthdays. Mind you i've got some nice things happening the beginning of Nov so i guess i won't be best pleased either. lol

Besides, the world has ended lots of times, for lots of people, in lots of different ways. It ends regularly in some form or another. ;) Hell I know for a fact I'm not living in the world I was born in.

Finally found the news about the debris on Google news, it's just a big sattelite, and larger have fallen before. ;)

Oh and http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/10/21/us-doomsday-prophet-idUSTRE79K07Z20111021. So he can't really believe his own prediction, else why would he have paid for their room BEYOND today? lol

There was a time people who stood with A boards proclaiming the end is nigh were just chuckled at and otherwise ignored. This guy sets up a radio station, and suddenly it's news. Move on people, nothing to see here, just another doomsday nutter.

I will look forward to the new date, for a guess it will be about 21.03.2012 and when that fails they will move onto the mayan date.

Actually, I wouldn't, I'd be dead and not giving a hoot. ;) Win win you see, unlike trying to predict when the world will end, which is lose lose. As in if you are wrong, you lose. If you are right everybody loses. lol

There's just been a report on Radio 4 News that there's widespread small-scale disorder in China as a result of rumours that the world will shortly end. Apparently, there has been panic-buying, which seems somewhat illogical to me...
