It is clear that she hasn't actually got full legal control of you yet - this started in May...

AAAAAaaaaaaAAAAgggggggggggghhhhhhh!

Its just taken me an hour and a half to try & put up a stupid roller blind & I've made a right mess :(

First I've realised its bigger than the last one so it can't go on the wooden plinthy thing the last one was on......no problem, it can go above the plinthy thing - I'll just have to drill it into the wall instead....

MASSIVE MISTAKE!!!
Assemble all tools & take measurements, mark where to drill......drill......HUGE amount of SANDY rubbish comes out of holes & but can't drill past whatever harder than iron substance is behind the inch of Sandy stuff...

Poke rawl (?) plugs into holes....rawl plugs to long....measure screws against rawl plugs....screws are only half the length of plugs - I'll cut down plugs do they fit in holes (have had to do this before).....

Poke plugs back in - seem a tad loose....hohum I'll screw the brackets on anyhow...hmmm seems ok, get blind.....balance with one foot on edge of bath & one foot on toilet lid & offer up the blind.......just gotta get the spring end in.......nearly there (wobble, wobble)....... BANG! whole lot shoots off the wall - blind, plugs, screws, the lot on the floor :(

So now I have to resort to filling the holes, finding more rawl plugs & screwing the brackets in before the filler goes off.....only the filler won't stay in the holes cos of the sandy stuff....*sigh*

Someone tell me....am I supposed to spray a little water inside the stupidly too large holes to get it to grip.....it doesn't say so on the filler?
