Of premises within the "Ring Road", I'm fairly sure that I have only been in Wilkinson's, some of the charity shops, Millett's, my bank and Thawa Bridge this year, and I'm not sure that Millett's was actually this side of Christmas.I haven't been near the high street in well over 6 months.

Shame, I always thought the quality was far superior to 99p World.I have seen on Facebook that people who work at Poundland are saying it is closing completely.

I hear we're due a branch of 98p Bargainland soon.
I wonder if they were offered a chance to renegotiate their lease in light of the forthcoming food court building works and took to opportunity to exit. I will be amazed if it down close down it doesn't reopen somewhere else in town with better footfall soonish
