Ah, 'tis Trenchard at that point, apparently - "temporary" - gas works, I believe. Are we thinking of the same Portal/Douglas roads? I don’t recall any lights around there

Keep building more houses and no new roads Estate=Motoring Congestion squared.
The semi permanent traffic lights really stuffing up traffic movements only stay green for approx 20 seconds at a time. The timing needs looking at if there not going to do the sensible thing and switch them off.Beaconside northbound currently totally stuffed - back to Tollgate, with no apparent movement at all - I gave up and came home.
I only went that way to avoid the Eccleshall Road fiasco.
They need to be thrown in the ditch!

6 months then. They say they might answer in seven to ten (working) days, if they aren't too busy.
Obviously, I don't expect anything, it's not as though they aren't fully aware* of it already.6 months then.
The (normal) Creswell situation will be most exacerbated by the Lloyds/Bristol Street roundabout chaos, I expect, but the Beaconside issue won't be helping, as that is the indicated diversion to avoid the Stone Road closure. Is this what’s causing all the problems at Creswell? It took me an hour to get from Great Bridgeford to Creswell this morning. I expected the motorway to be shut and couldn’t work out what had brought me to a standstill.
Dont worry, we will have those speed bumps flattened out in no time.....NOOOOOOOO DON'T BE A TWAT
