Sweet potato parcels looks nice!

In answer to @Glam s question, we have a roast dinner minus the meat and with onion gravy. I can't stand nut roast so an onion tart or those sweet potato parcels would make a tasty main me thinks!! We even have yourkshires, my friend has rescued battery hens in her garden living the life of Riley so I'm comfortable with having one of their eggs for my Christmas yourkshires. Add sprouts, roasties down in sunflower oil from our home grown spuds, brad sauce with oat milk. Xmas pud is vegan mostly and we use 'Oatly' cream. Will also get some vegan cheese to go with our crackers! Be tasty!!
Glam gave up after one reply, ha.

Haven't given up duck, I'm not not a big vegetable eater. Spuds, carrots, cabbage, runner beans, processed peas and swede, that's about my lot. Might be a couple of more things, but can't think what at the moment.

That's not a bad bunch of veggies to like. Have you been through all the veggies?
Until about a year ago i hadn't considered avocado being part of my diet but oh boy i would not be without them now. Those little guys can be temperamental though!

Give up the duck duck.

Little insight in to how i once was.
I would insist my food looking the least of what it once was, before chomping on it.
I was in blissful ignorance, uneducated in how my food was being breed, grown and killed.
I'd say well, as long as they had a good life, then it's OK isn't it really?

This is what happens, if you want to eat something that's a living breathing thing, to end it's life before wrapping it up all lovingly it has to be killed, and if it comes along as something else instead male this or female that, then you have to kill it as soon as you can, something not worth eating or contributing to a product that you can sell, has to die asap.

This image is of a baby calves being shot in front of one another, that much you can see.
Sometimes it takes an image like this for some to make the connection.

Our country is not too good to treat animals this way, it happens everywhere, the animals have to die to be eaten. Don't play a part.
Stop this from happening, go vegan.

The image is probably enough for many of you.
