All I could find was a generalised claim that any palm oil that they do use is from a 'sustainable' source. What have you heard/read?
Quick look and i can't find anything about palm oil being in the Gvsr.

I had the McDonalds vegan wrap last week.
Having eaten nothing but whole foods for 3 weeks - I can tell you that it tasted foul.
I was very disappointed - and my body hated me for it the next day!!
I'm not really sure what I was expecting to he honest..
(Although I can't deny I enjoyed the fries!!)
Habit I think. I eat non-meat meals when the OH is away with work but he always wants meat. Every time I suggest we eat less he complains, although I am sure he'd still eat what I cooked him.

I could barely bring myself to read this, not because Greggs are using palm oil but because it's the dirty bum rag Daily Mail. Just look at that crass headline, not being able to help themselves but muddy the water and create outrage, but quite amusing at times, very true to form from what i understand.
Stubbornness? Provocative? This is an often unspoken positive of the vegan diet, if meat is replaced with home cooked food, the massive reduction in processed and junk foods eaten. I also feel awful now if I eat junk yet never noticed this before I was vegan.
As an aside, I often wonder why meat and dairy eaters won't substitute cruelty free options when there is no discernable difference in taste. Habit? Apathy?

Greggs' guilty secret: More calories than a McCheeseburger and laced with controversial palm oil - the unpalatable truth about that VERY right-on vegan sausage roll
Still shit i know but Greggs use sustainable palm oil.
I would advise to go vegan before dropping palm oil. If anything, do both if you have/want to, could/should do!
Is palm oil really that bad?Still shit i know...

As for more calories than a McDonald's, what's that got to do with anything? The day we start using McDonalds as a yardstick for healthy eating we're screwed.
Typical Daily Mail.
I know that but the DM clearly has a 'thing' about both palm oil and veganism. No palm oil isn’t bad for you, but unless it’s sustainable it’s bad for the planet.
