The craft union pub company is part of enterprise inns, where they put in managers rather than tennants under 5 year leases

If you like sports bars

We've already got Kennys, a fantastic sports bar in Stafford. However, I'm sure there is room for two. There are plenty of armchair football fans in Stafford to makesure the bar is busy every Saturday. I personally prefer to watch football by being at the ground.

basil

Agreed on watching at the ground and yet watching armchair fans in bars has it's merits, cue;

Yates? I know it shows live games and has a pool table but I don't class it as a sports bar.

I assume the new grapes will be more similar to kennys which has loads of tv screens; pool tables and dart boards etc etc.

And crib boards, bar billiards, whist table and dominoes of course :)

The grapes is far too small for pool tables. At best, they'll fit one in, completely silly idea tbh, the venue is just too small.

If anyone fancies some branded magners glasses for their home bar looks like a bin full of them at the back of the grapes (near the barbers / floodgate)

I gather that it is supposed to be opening tomorrow. They have ordered two Tim Taylor's Landlord pumpclips from the brewery, they may have ordered some of the beer as well.
