Lol - you are right if he parked outside costa he would have indeed been locked up.

For me it's just another conman/woman who will rip off some ore people in another town soon.

Regardless of the size of the crime - should still b investigated

I'm not justifying the guy in any way but what could the Police have arrested him for?

20 odd staff owed over 500 quid each.
Along with all the suppliers and third parties.
Tickets from the Omar gig as well.

Its a closed group, you need to request to join and they'll know who are staff and who aren't. Yes the whole thing is disgusting, I'm still trying to work out how he gets to legally keep money whilst the investors lose out. My mate wrote a big comment on the newsletter page but they wouldn't print it even though it was completely factual. Basically the White Sands Group have a history of not opening places but pretending they have, their website pretends venues are open yet some never existed from what I can tell.
