i feel wrong going in the pie and ale because i never buy a pie and don't drink ale (goes straight through me). is that bad?

Several of us watched the last England match at P&A and very pleasant it was too. The food and the experience that is...not the football!

I had the Lamb kebabs with veg samosa, salad and mint yogurt and it was super special. Extremely tasty indeed!

Several of us watched the last England match at P&A and very pleasant it was too. The food and the experience that is...not the football!

I watched Friday night's match at home, half way through I heard my GF coming in my front door. Fortunately I was able to switch to a porn channel and get my knob out before she reached the living room thus avoiding any embarassment.

I’ve got to work will be listening to the match on good old medium wave in an Astravan doing 80mph on the motorway. (refer to road regs and lack of enforcement thread)

Watched the match here again yesterday - great atmosphere and not too busy. Had the cold meat & cheese platter this time and it was spot on...perfect for a hot afternoon.

One question Mr P&A: One of the cheeses was bright purple, so before eating it I assumed it would be beetrooty. It actually has a strong blackberry/strawberry flavour, which was totally unexpected yet not unpleasant. Is that what it is?
