Looking at their Facebook page lately all they seem interested in is pushing "cheap" drinks deals.

How time's have changed.

Their reviews don't read the best either.

Perhaps they're learning the Stafford evening out rules. "I've got 50 quid for a night out. Two for a tenner and 40 quid up the wall".

Had a crap meal in there once, burnt bits from the previous order stuck to the steak and some bits missing entirely (we ain't got none! - Then say so when we order you cretin!).

Never been back, can't imagine I ever will.

Haven't eaten there recently, but had a few times to visit the cocktail bar in recent weeks - very impressed both times

I have visited a few times and wasn't that impressed. It looks out of place in a town like Stafford and reminds me of a club I used to visit in Birmingham a few years ago.

Grrr, 25 minutes to get served, at a not very busy bar:angry:!

This is the reason we avoid the place, the slowest service for a meal I've ever had. I want it to do well, but I can;t give half my life waiting for a meal when I can go the Sun and get served quickly.

I heard that the post house have closed the restaurant and are now concentrating on private functions on the upper floors.

Completely disagree that the post house is out of place in Stafford. It's a fantastic venue and the main bar and cocktail bar are usually good at serving drinks in a reasonable period of time.

I never go in the red bar.
